What is the LPOA?
The Lakeside Property Owners Association (LPOA) is a community of property owners within Lakeside Chautauqua and the adjoining Island View subdivision.
The LPOA meets in a town hall format four times per year to learn about matters pertaining to the community and to provide input to the Lakeside Association about the programs and services of Lakeside Chautauqua.
The LPOA elected leadership communicates regularly with the membership via email and via this website.
Who is eligible to join LPOA?
Leaseholders within Lakeside and property owners in Island View may become members of LPOA
