Mission of the Lakeside Property Owners Association
The Mission of the Lakeside Property Owners Association, an independent volunteer organization, is to:
L – Listen to property owner concerns, promote and discuss issues of interest and importance to them, and advocate to the Lakeside Association on behalf of property owners concerning all things Lakeside.
P – Preserve the Lakeside heritage including the character of our structures and neighborhoods and Protect the interests of property owners in that heritage.
O – Organize property owner meetings and events to build upon the Four Pillars of the Chautauqua community, where issues of interest can be discussed.
A – Advance Lakeside Chautauqua, through activities and actions of the LPOA, as a welcoming destination for property owners, visitors, and vacationers.
Who are LPOA Members?
Any property owner and/or spouse in Lakeside Chautauqua and Island View may become a member of LPOA
How may I join LPOA?
You can join LPOA by filling out a membership card and paying your annual dues. Benefits include voting rights and access to our electronic membership directory.
